At Ketolite, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items such as perishable goods, digital products, or personal care items may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
